What is the Cost?

Pricing varies with home size, home price and location. Photographic style used will also impact pricing. How many images do I receive?

Every home is so different that It’s hard to put a number on the amount of images you get. For a small home 25 -30 images is usually the standard, however we don’t filter our shots, what we photograph is what you get. For an average 3k to 5k square foot home you can count on anywhere from 45 to 55 images depending if other services have been requested such as aerials and twilights.

What is the turn around time?

We strive to deliver images within 24 hours or next day of the shoot. Sometimes depending on the size of the home and services needed it can take up to 48 hours, this because we don’t control every single aspect of the services we provide, For example, Matterport and floorplans are third party services we offer our clients through dedicated platforms we have no control over.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We all have emergencies and last minute issues that cause our day to go awry and we totally understand, however a cancelation fee of $100 is applied if an agent doesn’t show up to the shoot and there is no way we can get in the house, also if the shoot is canceled within 2 hours of the appointment. There are some exceptions, rain being one of them and emergencies.

Do you replace the sky on cloudy days?

There are several enhancements made to our images before we deliver them, including swapping out a grey sky for a blue one, greening up the grass and fixing dead patches, adding fire to fireplaces and other minor photoshop touch ups that stand out in the editing process

How can I pay you?

We accept all forms of payment. Digital invoices are sent out to make the payment process convenient and secure through our online payment system.
